Technical lead Java Requisitos técnicos principales: Lenguajes / Frameworks: Java, Spring / Spring Boot. Arquitectura: Microservicios, DDD, arquitectura hexagonal, REST APIs. Herramientas Git, Maven, CI/CD (Bamboo, GitHub Actions), Sonar, Kubernetes, Docker, Kafka. BBDD: Oracle, DB2, MongoDB. Testing: JUnit, Mockito, integración y rendimiento. Mensajería y caché: ActiveMQ, IBM MQ, Redis. Competencias personales: Liderazgo, proactividad, trabajo en equipo, resolución de problemas y orientación a la mejora continua. Rol principal Responsable técnico del producto y su evolución, Lidera al equipo en buenas prácticas, mejora continua y resolución de incidencias. Responsabilidades clave: Liderar la estrategia técnica del producto y coordinar su evolución. Garantizar el correcto funcionamiento en producción y anticipar incidencias. Guiar al equipo en buenas prácticas, testing y despliegues continuos (CI/CD). Definir backlog técnico junto al Product Owner y priorizar deuda técnica. Asegurar cumplimiento de estándares de arquitectura, documentación y calidad. Liderar onboarding y crecimiento técnico del equipo #J-18808-Ljbffr
