This role drives strategic decision-making by delivering accurate forecasts, insightful analysis, and clear reporting to senior leadership. The person will collaborate closely with Business Unit leaders and present findings to VP-level and executive stakeholders.Key Responsibilities Lead the Annual Operating Plan (AOP) and forecasting processesPrepare board presentation packs and summary KPIs to support business decisionsDeliver monthly and quarterly management reports, including profit and cost center analysisSupport ad hoc analysis projects to provide insights that drive executive decision-makingPrepare model P&Ls for strategic planning and scenario analysisCoordinate bonus and commission target setting across relevant business unitsRequirements 3-5 years of experience in FP&A or Controlling, preferably in a multinational or fast-paced environmentStrong analytical skills with the ability to manipulate and interpret dataAdvanced proficiency in Excel; experience with TM1 is a plusExcellent time management and prioritization skills; ability to multitask and meet tight deadlinesStrong communication skills and ability to present to senior stakeholdersAmbitious, proactive, and results-driven mindsetWhat We Offer Hybrid work (2 days at the office, 3 days at home)We value continuous learning and provide a clear progression planWe provide comprehensive benefits including health insurance, paid leave, retirement plans, and moreAt TD SYNNEX, we embrace diversity and promote equal opportunities.
