The ideal candidate will be responsible for deploying, configuring, maintaining, and troubleshooting endpoint devices such as desktops, laptops, mobile devices, and peripherals to ensure optimal performance and security. This position is based at our offices in Barcelona, Tarragona, or Madrid.Key Responsibilities:Deploy, configure, and maintain endpoint devices including desktops, laptops, tablets, and mobile devices.Implement and manage endpoint security solutions such as antivirus, anti-malware, encryption, and endpoint detection and response (EDR) tools.Monitor endpoint health, performance, and security status, proactively addressing issues.Develop and enforce endpoint security policies and best practices.Manage software updates, patches, and configurations to ensure devices are up-to-date and compliant.Collaborate with IT teams to integrate endpoint devices into the broader network and security infrastructure.Troubleshoot hardware and software issues related to endpoint devices.Maintain inventory and documentation of all endpoint assets.Stay updated with the latest endpoint security threats and mitigation techniques.Provide technical support and training to end-users as needed.Required Qualifications:Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology related field or equivalent experience in Endpoint management positions (+4 years).Proven experience in Windows endpoint management, security, and troubleshooting.Experience with endpoint management and provisioning tools, such as: Microsoft Intune, Windows Autopilot, Apple Business Manager, Android Zero Touch/Samsung Knox.Experience with identity management tools: Microsoft Entra ID, Active Directory.Ability to work under minimal supervision.Knowledge of security standards and best practices.Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.Preferred Skills:Certifications such as Microsoft 365 Certified: Endpoint Administrator Associate, or equivalent.Experience with scripting and automation: Powershell, Azure Automation.Experience with SCCM co-management.Knowledge of network protocols and infrastructure: VPN and firewalls.Experience with Power BI for creating custom reports.Experience with Intune Suite addons.Experience with 3rd party app management tools.Working Conditions:At Technip Energies, we believe our employees are our greatest asset.
