We haverevolutionized the invisible orthodontic sector with the best team of professionalsspecialized in making people smile and using the latest technology for the diagnosis,treatment, and follow-up of all cases.To do this, we develop both web and mobile products for users, as well as internal softwarefor clinics, and together with the ML department we are changing the whole industry.Our business model, a true combination of medical expertise and digitalization has beenrecognized in the top fastest-growing HealthTech companies by Forbes and we arecurrently listed as a LinkedIn Top 10 startupWe’re looking for a Senior Product Designer with deep expertise in mobile-first design, experimentation and high-velocity prototyping to help us scale our demand engine to the next level.Role MissionDesign and iterate mobile-first flows that increase session → lead conversion , improve lead → booking , and contribute to a higher show-up rate , partnering closely with the Attraction Product Manager and the Attraction team.You will shape the experience of millions of users across Spain, France, Italy, Portugal, the UK Netherlands, Germany Ukraine, US and make a measurable business impact every single week.What You’ll Own:1. Funnel & Conversion (session → lead)Design mobile-first landing pages, lead-capture flows and booking interactionsPartner with the PM to map friction points, identify growth levers, and ship improvements weekly2. Lead → Appointment FlowsDesign fast-testable flows that help users complete their booking throughCreate prototypes that allow us to test hypotheses quickly, not perfectly3. Campaign Design at ScaleSupport the marketing/design team with high-volume campaign needs: new landing pages, banners, performance variations, rapid iterations for A/B testsCreate systems that help scale campaign production without sacrificing quality4.
