The Head of Plant Controlling is a proactive business partner who contributes to all areas of plant management and provides strong financial leadership.

How can you become part of our success?

1. Coordination and preparation of business plan.
2. Performance of month-end closing activities and forecasting.
3. Preparation and participation in monthly reviews with subdivision controlling.
4. Track and report capital expenditure projects.
5. Support performance initiatives.
6. Identification of saving and optimization potentials.
7. Ensure continuous improvement of processes and ERP software.
8. Active participation and implementation of proactive controlling with leading KPIs and related tools.

What skills do you need?

• University degree in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering or related field.
• Minimum 3-5 years of experience within Controlling in the automotive industry.
• Excellent English and Spanish language skills.
• Analytical thinker.
• MS Office, especially Excel & ERP systems.
