Identify high potential growth projects :Study new acquisition channels and/or market opportunities (internally or externally) like Google Ads, Meta Ads, Tik Tok, affiliationStructure your approach to prioritize those initiatives based on growth, impact, resources and other criteriaBenchmark our competitors and other sectors to find the best practices2. Project Management:Coordinate with the PPC team to launch projects with the right stakeholdersCoordinate with other teams (Operations, Data, CRM etc.) to ensure the initiative has the right environment to performPromote a test & learn dynamic to continuously improve the results of your tests3.
