Given the growth plan that they have for the upcoming years, we’re looking for a:Service Sales Manager (VALVES)We are looking for adynamic Service Sales Managerto leadValmet’s Service Centerand support the development of theirFlow Control Sales team . The position is based inSant Cugat del Vallès, Barcelona , and covers theSpanish market .This role ensures effective and continuously improved after-sales service delivery and actively works to increase service sales, while maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction, operational reliability, and compliance with safety, quality, and sustainability standards.This role is responsible for collaborating with Sales and Services teams to offer value-added solutions, improving service performance, and establishing the operational framework aligned with the service strategy. It includes managing budgets, driving new service business opportunities, implementing service agreements, and maintaining an accurate Installed Base to support maintenance development. The position also leads and develops the service team to ensure high standards, engages proactively with customers, and promotes strict compliance with the company’s Health, Safety, and Environmental policies.We are looking for an Service Sales Manager with aDegree in Engineering , or a related field, and at least 5 years of experience in after-sales management or service operations within industrial sectors. Knowledge in contract management and customer service processes is required.
