The IT Business Partner will serve as the strategic link between the IT department and business units, ensuring technology solutions align with business needs.Responsibilities Understand the objectives, strategies, and priorities of the represented business unit.Identify opportunities where technology can add value and improve business results.Act as the main point of contact between IT and business areas, facilitating bidirectional communication.Collaborate with business teams to identify technology requirements and prioritize them by strategic impact.Assist in functional design, aligning with company technologies and defining the best functional architecture to cover needs.Participate in planning and tracking of technology initiatives, ensuring functional scope aligns with requirements.Support change management, designing training and communication strategies for smooth transitions.Qualifications High level of English.Excellent communication and collaboration, translating complex technical concepts into business terms and vice versa.Strategic vision, understanding business goals and proposing supporting technology solutions.Problem solving, identifying challenges and proposing effective technology solutions.Project management experience, planning, execution, and tracking of technology projects.Strong technical knowledge of technologies, tools, systems, and market trends.Adaptability, managing multiple priorities in a dynamic environment.Benefits Full-time position with competitive salary and benefits aligned to local market practice.
