B2B Pharma Sales Executive

We are looking for a Sales Executive (Biotech) to join a fast-growing biotech company developing a next-generation liquid biopsy platform with real clinical impact.This role will be key in driving commercial expansion within pharmaceutical, biotech, and CRO environments, supporting clinical trials and precision medicine strategies on a global scale.Identify, engage, and develop relationships with pharma, biotech, and CRO partners across Europe, the US, and other global markets.Early treatment response monitoring (e.g. CAR-T, immuno-oncology, targeted therapies).Patient stratification and longitudinal disease monitoring.Lead pricing discussions, contract negotiations, and deal closures with strategic partners.At least 2 years of experience in B2B sales or business development within biotech, life sciences, or healthcare technology environments.Academic background in Life Sciences (Biomedicine, Biotechnology, Pharmacy, or similar).Fluent in English (written and spoken).
