Brindar soporte técnico de segundo nivel ante fallas y liderar proyectos de mejora continua en colaboración con equipos operativos.Sobre el puestoDesarrollar y ser responsable de rutinas de mantenimiento preventivo en equipos bajo su responsabilidad.Monitorear el desempeño de los equipos identificar causas de fallas y proponer estrategias para prevenirlas.Investigar intervenciones por averías en turnos y generar planes para evitar recurrencias.Priorizar y ejecutar proyectos de mejora del desempeño y confiabilidad de los equipos trabajando con proveedores cuando sea necesario.Capacitar entrenar y asesorar a Técnicos de Procesos y equipos operativos en rutinas de mantenimiento autónomo para reducir tiempos de parada.Verificar la correcta ejecución de rutinas de limpieza e inspección (CIL).Participar en reuniones diarias de seguimiento de planes y resultados.Detectar prácticas que puedan estar contribuyendo a averías y proponer cambios para eliminarlas.Sobre tiTécnico / a calificado en electro-mecánica o área relacionada.Experiencia en mantenimiento industrial.Conocimiento básico de programación PLC y resolución de fallas.Habilidades de análisis y resolución de problemas basadas en datos.Experiencia en TPM (Mantenimiento Productivo Total) y mejora de OEE.Disponibilidad para trabajar a turnosQué ofrecemosBeneficios de comedor.
