Join to apply for the IT Project Manager – Data & AI role at TechDelivery Job Summary : We are seeking a Senior IT Project Manager with strong expertise in Data & AI to lead high-impact transformation initiatives in an international environment. Lead data-driven transformation initiatives to modernize organizational systems and processes. Manage and coordinate cross-functional teams including data scientists, developers, and business stakeholders. Oversee the end-to-end delivery of Data & AI projects, ensuring quality, scope, timeline, and budget adherence. Drive change management efforts, including user training, adoption, and communication strategies. Ensure that projects are aligned with strategic business objectives and deliver measurable value. Establish and maintain strong stakeholder management in multicultural environments. Report on project progress, milestones, and outcomes to executive stakeholders. Promote best practices in project governance, agile methodologies, and continuous improvement. Required Skills : proven experience in IT project management with a strong focus on Data & AI initiatives, combined with a solid background in digital transformation projects. Strong knowledge of project governance and agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban) is essential, as well as the ability to manage end-to-end delivery within scope, time, and budget. Desired Skills : project management certifications such as PMP, Prince2, CAPM, or Agile-related credentials. Previous experience leading multicultural teams in international environments will be valued, as well as additional exposure to cloud-based projects and innovative AI-driven solutions. Hybrid work model (Barcelona City Center). International environment with executive-level exposure. Training programs and career development opportunities.
