This is an opportunity to lead a skilled group of engineers, guide technical direction, and contribute directly to the development of scalable, reliable software that serves millions of users worldwide.The ideal candidate combines hands‑on technical ability with strong leadership skills, fostering both engineering excellence and a culture of growth. You’ll play a key role in driving the delivery of features that enhance user experience and business performance.Key ResponsibilitiesLead and mentor a team of software engineers, promoting a culture of ownership, quality, and collaboration.Oversee the design, development, and delivery of scalable applications handling high traffic.Partner with product and design stakeholders to define objectives and ensure successful delivery.Balance strategic oversight with hands‑on contributions, dedicating part of your time to technical implementation.Drive continuous improvement across engineering practices, architecture, and delivery processes.You’ll work in a modern, cloud‑native environment built for scalability and performance:Infrastructure: Microservices architecture deployed on AWS (EKS), Docker, Terraform, Jenkins, GitMonitoring & Analytics: ELK, Grafana, Looker, Opsgenie, and in‑house toolsAbout YouYou’re a technically strong and people‑focused engineering leader who thrives on building great products and great teams.
