Power BI Developer | Business-Facing RoleWe’re looking for a Power BI Developer who enjoys working closely with business stakeholders and turning data into clear, high-quality insights.This role is ideal for someone who is confident owning Power BI end-to-end — from data transformation and modelling through to stakeholder-facing dashboards.What you'll be doing:Designing, building, and maintaining Power BI dashboards and reportsTransforming and modelling data using Power Query and DAXWorking with data from multiple sources (ERP, CRM, SQL, APIs)Collaborating directly with business and finance stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver reporting solutionsManaging Power BI workspaces, permissions, and row-level security (RLS)Improving existing reports, models, and data quality over timeWhat we're looking for:Strong hands-on experience with Power BI (Power Query, DAX, data modelling)Experience working with business or financial dataComfortable engaging directly with non-technical stakeholdersGood understanding of data flows, ETL concepts, and reporting best practicesProactive, ownership-driven mindsetNice to have:Experience with Snowflake or other data warehousesExposure to Power Apps or Power Automate
