Junior Sales Executive Italy M/F/NB (Temporary contract - €1705/month) Remote every Friday. Work at least one Saturday per month with a compensatory day off. Click&Boat is a rental platform product of Boats Group, the fastest-growing digital business in the recreational boating space. The marketplace makes boating accessible worldwide—from a day trip to a week‐long adventure—while allowing private and professional boat owners to generate additional income through rentals. The Junior Sales Executive will join the Sales team in our Barcelona office, working closely with Supply, Customer Care and Finance Operations. The role focuses on Italian and international clients, driving the booking process from quotation to closing, ensuring client satisfaction and loyalty. Manage Italian and international clients, understanding their needs and advising them on boat selection. Maximize conversion rates by applying sales strategies and following clients throughout the booking process. Concrete experience in all aspects of a Sales Executive role. Multicultural team and multilingual environment. Modern coworking location with rooftop view of Sagrada Familia, 20‐minute walk to the beach.
