How you will do it: We look for candidates with: Demonstrated experience in managing operations and leading transformative change initiatives. Proven background in project or program management with a record of successful delivery. Experience working within a matrix organization. Strong people management skills with the ability to foster collaboration and teamwork. High level of business acumen, with the ability to establish credibility with management, peers, and clients. Comprehensive knowledge of Change Management tools and methodologies. Ability to perform effectively under pressure while consistently achieving high-quality results.
