Are you passionate about accounting standards, consolidation processes, and working within a dynamic, international environment? AXA Partners is seeking a skilled IFRS Consolidation Expert to be a key player within our Finance Department, supporting the delivery of high-quality financial reporting across our global operations.What you’ll be doing:Coordinate the consolidation calendar, instructions, and deadlines for AXA Partners’ subsidiaries.Collect, review, and consolidate IFRS reporting packages from subsidiaries.Record and control certain adjustments to the IFRS data.Prepare the Group’s S2 balance sheet and QRT reports.Ensure the correct application of accounting standards in accordance with AXA Group rules.Contribute to the production of pre- and post-closing results, including analysis and summaries for management, the AXA Group, auditors, and regulators.Propose and implement process improvements to meet normative requirements and shareholder expectations.Stay proactively informed about IFRS regulatory updates and provide regular training to central and local teams.Ensure the development and upskilling of local and corporate teams on new topics through methodologies, training sessions, and collaborative work.Manage the scope of consolidation and ensure data consistency.Conduct transversal financial analyses and studies.Monitor the implementation of new accounting standards and update related processes.Lead training sessions for subsidiaries to ensure compliance and understanding of consolidation procedures.Produce the Group’s S2 balance sheet and related reports.What you’ll bring:A higher education degree in accounting, finance, or a related field (equivalent to ESC or university degree)At least 5 years of experience in consolidation, preferably within the insurance sector, or as a consultant or in‑house consolidatorStrong accounting expertise, with a good understanding of insurance industry specificsExcellent knowledge of IFRS standards and consolidation principlesProven ability to collaborate effectively across functions and geographiesStrong analytical, communication, and synthesis skills to relay key messages clearlyFluent in English, both written and spokenA proactive mindset with a desire for continuous learning and professional growthExperience in process improvement and training is a plusTo apply, click on the ‘apply for this job’ button, you’ll then need to log in or create a profile to submit your CV.
