Lead High‑Impact Advisory Projects: Drive strategic consulting initiatives for top‑tier electricity sector clients spanning distribution, transmission, retail and generation, tackling regulatory, economic and technical challenges. Innovate for a Sustainable Grid: Analyze and support the integration of renewables (onshore/offshore) electrification trends (e‑mobility, hydrogen industry) and efficiency measures to future‑proof electrical networks. Drive Business Development: Support sales and marketing efforts by addressing technical inquiries, incorporating client feedback and identifying new consulting opportunities. Lead with Excellence: Manage projects end‑to‑end planning, budgeting, risk management and delivery while mentoring peers and enhancing internal processes and tools. Educational Qualifications: Master’s degree in electrical engineering, electrical power systems or a related field is required. Advanced degrees (Master’s, PhD, MBA) are preferred. Extensive Experience: Minimum 8 years of experience in executing power systems studies and a deep understanding of electrical power systems. Proven experience in designing, understanding and performing power systems studies with a consulting approach. Technical Expertise: Proficiency in power systems modeling, simulation and analysis with experience in software simulation tools such as PSS/E, DIgSILENT PowerFactory, ETAP, EMTP, PSCAD, RTDS and the definition of various static and dynamic studies. Fluent level of English.
