We are seeking a highly capable Full-Stack Engineer who can independently develop a platform from end-to-end. You will collaborate closely with Co-Founders to a ship high-traction software from scratch - zero-to-one - building with C#, .NET, React and TypeScript.The ideal candidate acts like an owner - is responsible for product outcomes beyond code, takes pride in their work, speaks their mind loudly and clearly, and works with passion. Opportunity for equity.Who You’ll Work With A sharp, complementary founding duo:Technical Lead – 5+ years at Microsoft & Citadel, building production-grade systemsBusiness Lead – Mega-fund VC with deep SaaS experience in scaling, GTM, and strategyEquity opportunities available.What You’ll Do Backend (Primary)Build new backend services and APIs using C# and .NETDesign and architect scalable system components, data models, and API contractsSetup and maintain CI/CD pipelines for automated testing and deploymentBuild cloud-first infrastructure with containerization and orchestrationOptimize backend systems for performance, scalability, and reliabilityFrontend (Secondary)Build feature-rich, responsive web interfaces using React + TypeScriptIntegrate frontend and backend systems end-to-endTranslate user needs into practical solutions using a product-first mindsetEngineering PracticesAct like an owner - we are building a quality system from the ground-upParticipate in code reviews, architecture discussions, and technical scopingSurface issues early and loudly - propose solutions, and help improve the final productAt least 3+ years of experience in software development/engineeringStrong backend development experience (C#, .NET preferred or Java)Working knowledge of frontend development in React and TypeScriptExperience building and maintaining production web applications.Solid understanding of modern web architecture (APIs, state management, component design)Exceptional written and spoken English communication skills (C1 level or higher).Comfortable working in fast-moving, evolving startup environmentsBachelor Degree or higher in a technical field such as engineering (summa, magna or cum laude and/or Academic Scholar from a reputable college preferred)Preferred Backgrounds:Computer Science, Software Engineering (degree or equivalent experience).Experience in SaaS, startups, or product-led engineering teams.Portfolio demonstrating shipped front-end and back-end features.Familiarity with cloud services, CI/CD, or testing frameworks.Completed advanced coursework in algorithms, systems, or software architecture.Work From HomeTraining & Development#J-18808-Ljbffr
