We're currently hiring a multilingual Guest Experience Advisor to join our team at McArthurGlen Group Designer Outlet Málaga, supporting our international guests in Spanish and English, with French or Arabic. This is a permanent role, working 28 hours per week (4 days per week, 7 hours per day) on a rota basis. This is an in person, face to face role welcoming our guests to the centre. Actively engage with guests, addressing inquiries and resolving any issues. Embrace a culture of \"everyone leaves happy\" by consistently adopting a positive, proactive and professional approach. Promote additional products and services, meeting targets, and delivering a positive experience for all guests. Proficiently handle face-to-face, email and social media feedback, establishing rapport and representing the McArthurGlen brand. Ensure accurate and timely completion of all administrative tasks, such as online gift card orders. Take ownership and uphold McArthurGlen's high standards throughout the Guest Services area, creating a welcoming environment that is well-organised and stocked with guest and brand information. Promote a collaborative working environment, prioritising the guest in all endeavours. You will... Passionate about providing the best possible guest experience, going above and beyond to ensure guests are happy. Excellent people skills / able to adapt communication to the situation and guest. Detailed and proactive problem solver. Able to communicate well verbally and in writing. Well organised with the ability to prioritise your own workload and multi-task. Possess good IT skills in Word, Excel and Outlook. Previous experience in a guest / customer facing role is a must. Fluent and confident Spanish, English and French/Arabic speaker. Availability to cover shifts on a rota a basis to support the opening hours of the centre, from Monday to Sunday from 10Am to 10PM. #J-18808-Ljbffr
