About the job: En BBVA Argentina estamos incorporando a nuestro equipo de Analítica Avanzada un/a Data Scientist para desarrollar modelos de Machine Learning con impacto real y sostenible en el negocio . El desafío del rol está en diseñar e implementar modelos en producción, asegurando su correcta operación, escalabilidad y evolución en el tiempo. Formarás parte de una comunidad global de científicos/as de datos de BBVA , colaborando con equipos de Business Intelligence, Data Architect y áreas de negocio, en proyectos desafiantes y de alto impacto. Principales responsabilidades: Diseñar, desarrollar e implementar modelos de Machine Learning en entornos productivos. Automatizar procesos analíticos con foco en calidad, mantenimiento y escalabilidad. Monitorear performance, estabilidad y evolución de los modelos. Aplicación de buenas prácticas de desarrollo, versionado y documentación. Trabajar con grandes volúmenes de datos provenientes de múltiples fuentes. Investigar y evaluar nuevas técnicas o enfoques con criterio técnico. Implementación de esquemas de testing y experimentación (A/B Testing). Trabajo colaborativo con equipos técnicos y de negocio. Participación activa en la comunidad de datos, compartiendo buenas prácticas. Qué esperamos de vos: Formación en carreras afines (Ingeniería, Sistemas, Ciencia de Datos, Exactas, Estadística, Economía, Actuario o similares). Experiencia sólida en proyectos de Data Science / Machine Learning productivos. Experiencia práctica trabajando con Python y SQL en contextos de modelización y análisis de datos. Capacidad para estructurar código, automatizar procesos y documentar soluciones. Sólidos conocimientos en estadística y Machine Learning. Es un plus: Experiencia trabajando en entornos cloud (AWS) y en herramientas de procesamiento distribuido como Spark. Experiencia en la aplicación de casos de uso basados en modelos de lenguaje e Inteligencia Artificial Generativa Ubicación: Torre BBVA – Retiro, CABAModalidad: Híbrida ¿Por qué sumarte?
