Speak with existing Swedish-speaking customers over the phone – no cold calls, just warm, engaged conversations Convert customer orders to our home brand products where they’re the perfect fit Spot upselling opportunities – from bigger packs of cartridges to extra paper bundles Process orders in the 123inkt order management system (easy to learn) Work closely with colleagues to ensure smooth delivery and happy customers The WOW factor.
