If so, read onWe are looking for an ambitious Paid Social Marketing intern who would like to learn the ins and outs of Paid Social advertising. The Role By joining the Display & Paid Social team you will help the team setting up and optimizing social media marketing campaigns for our albelli-Photobox Group brands across markets. We are looking for an ambitious person and a fast learner who can take on responsibilities early to support our team. By helping with the operational activities around campaign management, you will obtain hands-on experience and learn quickly. You will receive guidance and mentorship from an experienced team of specialists. The right candidate is ready to embrace new challenges and is comfortable working in a dynamic environment. Responsibilities Ensure best-in-class social content across paid social and display media channels (Instagram, Facebook, Pinterest, TikTok, YouTube) by helping the team review the creative assets delivered by our in-house creative team. Assist the team with creating the campaign brief and project management deliverables with internal stakeholders. Work with (automation tool) to support the team with the creative automation process. Report on campaign performance on a weekly and monthly basis.  In-depth research on identifying paid social and display ads relevant to our business. Contribute to and be part of the team’s daily business: from creating landing pages and discount codes to building and optimizing paid social campaigns for all our brands and markets. Requirements Data-driven decision making skills Available 4-5 days a week for a minimum of 5 months; starting February/March '24 Thorough, accurate and strong attention to details Affinity for social media, creative content and online user behavior Experience in Facebook Ads Manager and Smartly is considered an advantage  Fluent in English (written and spoken) Good knowledge of a second language (Spanish, Dutch, Swedish, German or Norwegian) is considered an advantage Team player at all times Love photos in any form or shape ;) What's in it for you?
