Transition Paradox from a founder‑led marketing approach to a brand‑led, repeatable, data‑driven engine. Own the funnel, dismantle it, rebuild it to convert two‑fold better. Lead from the front, test hypotheses, launch new channels, and show the team how it’s done.Key ResponsibilitiesContinuously assess, refine, reposition, and launch Offer‑Market Fit.Identify which segments an offer truly works for and which it doesn’t.Refine, reposition, or stop offers based on evidence.Architect funnels and campaigns hands‑on: map them out, oversee implementation, set up tracking, and ensure machine work before scaling budgets.Relentless optimization through CRO & A/B testing, designing, launching, and analyzing tests across headlines, pricing, offers, and user journeys.Channel exploration and scaling: oversee core paid social, identify next winning acquisition channels, and maximize ROI/ROAS.Act as the client of the Content Factory, analyze ad performance, and provide data‑backed briefs to the Content Strategist.Design and optimize growth loops across product, retention, referral, and content.Diagnose growth across acquisition, activation, sales alignment, retention, and expansion, identifying constraints and solutions.Lead the Growth team (Paid, Copy, Web, PMM) as a sparring partner for strategy, copy angles, and technical execution.Build, train, and, if necessary, let go of team members to achieve excellence.Coordinate with the Sales Team Lead to align lead quality, prioritizing high‑intent leads and discontinuing campaigns that generate tire‑kickers.Desired OutcomesConversion rates 2× better than baseline.Continuous growth experimentation runs.A predictable growth engine.Tools You’ll MasterGA4, Optibase, Wefblow, Vidalytics, Clarity, Hotjar, Amplitude, Figma, Looker Studio, VWO, Optimizely, and whatever helps you see what others miss.ExperienceIdeally 3+ years in Conversion Rate Optimization, Growth Experimentation, or Performance Marketing, preferably within SaaS, e‑commerce, or digital product environments.Track record of designing, implementing, and scaling A/B and multivariate tests that generated measurable improvements in revenue, user activation, or conversion.CompetenciesGrowth diagnosis & system thinking.Persuasion & behavioral insight.Analytical mindset.PersonalityCuriosity: relentlessly dig into why users behave the way they do until insight emerges.Hands‑on execution.Precision: clarity in hypotheses, clean data, and unambiguous results.Agility: move fast, adapt instantly to new findings, and turn insights into tests within hours, not weeks.LanguageFrench: Native / BilingualEnglish: Fluent (both spoken and written).
