PERFIL REQUERIDO – RESUMEN EJECUTIVO Buscamos un Arquitecto Técnico Certificado por ServiceNow (CTA) con experiencia sólida en la plataforma y un historial de implementaciones complejas en grandes clientes. Debe ser un líder técnico con capacidad de interlocución directa con diferentes áreas de negocio y proveedores, cuyo rol principal será garantizar la integridad, las mejores prácticas y la evolución tecnológica de la plataforma ServiceNow. HABILIDADES TÉCNICAS Y CONOCIMIENTOS OBLIGATORIOS • Certificación: ServiceNow Certified Technical Architect (CTA) – IMPRESCINDIBLE. • Módulos de ServiceNow: Conocimiento extenso y experiencia práctica en, al menos: ITSM, SPM, Legal Service Delivery, ITOM, SECOPS, GRC y WSD. • Plataforma: Conocimiento profundo de las capacidades, novedades y mejores prácticas de la plataforma ServiceNow. xohynlm • Gobierno y Administración: Experiencia en gestión de instancias, upgrades, seguridad, integraciones (REST/SOAP, MID Server), y performance.
