EGA CONSULTORES is seeking a highly experienced and dedicated HSE Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess a minimum of 5 years of relevant experience and a strong commitment to upholding the highest standards of Health, Safety, and Environmental management throughout our projects. As the HSE Manager , you will be instrumental in ensuring the safety and compliance of all project activities, with a primary focus on process equipment safety. Your responsibilities will encompass a wide range of critical tasks, from initial design review to on-site supervision during installation and commissioning. You will play a pivotal role in safeguarding our personnel, assets, and the environment. Key Responsibilities: Process Equipment Safety Management: You will be fully responsible for the overall process equipment safety management of the project. This includes meticulously reviewing the design drawings of process equipment, collecting all pertinent design-related materials, and conducting thorough design reviews to identify and mitigate potential hazards. Supplier Qualification: You will evaluate supplier qualifications to ensure that all vendors meet our stringent safety and quality standards for process equipment. Design Concept Control: You will implement comprehensive control over the process safety, fire protection, and explosion-proof design concepts of all facilities and equipment, ensuring adherence to industry best practices and regulatory requirements. On-Site Supervision: You will provide critical on-site safety supervision during the equipment installation and commissioning periods, with a particular emphasis on the crucial production launch phase. Your vigilance during this time is paramount to preventing incidents and ensuring a smooth operational start-up. EHS Support: You will actively support other safety, environmental, and occupational health management activities throughout the project construction process. This includes assisting in handling and supporting EHS compliance procedures at various stages of the project, ensuring all regulatory requirements are met. Construction Phase EHS Management: You will assist in the EHS management activities during the plant construction phase, contributing to a safe and compliant working environment for all personnel involved. General Safety, Health, and Environmental Oversight: You will contribute to various safety, health, and environmental initiatives, promoting a culture of safety and continuous improvement across the project. Qualifications and Skills: Minimum of 5 years of proven experience in Health, Safety, and Environmental management, preferably within a project-driven environment. In-depth knowledge of process equipment safety principles and best practices. ⚙️ Demonstrated experience in reviewing design drawings and specifications related to process equipment. Proficiency in conducting design reviews and risk assessments. Experience in evaluating supplier qualifications and ensuring compliance.
