Minimum Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or Internal Auditing preferred.
  • At least one year of experience in auditing.
  • Strong negotiation and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent active listening, written communication, and verbal communication skills.
  • Great team player with the ability to work independently when necessary.
  • Strong analytical and critical thinking skills.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Conduct risk assessment of assigned department or functional area within established/required timeline.
  • Execute risk-based audit programs.
  • Determine scope of review in conjunction with the Audit Manager.
  • Review the suitability of internal control design.
  • Conduct audit testing of specified area and identify reportable issues and dimensions of risk.
  • Determine compliance with policies and procedures.
  • Communicate findings to senior management and draft a comprehensive and complete report of the audit area.
