What You'll Do: Strengthen key agency partnerships by providing solution focused proposals based on agency and advertiser goals. Provide excellent customer service and end-to-end support to HoldCos/Indies and become an advisory point of contact when it comes to e-commerce solutions. Educate Agencies on Criteo’s technology across channels and devices. Optimize accounts to improve performance for the advertiser and action growth opportunities to maximize revenue and margin. First point of contact for tech resolution - effectively manage key accounts strategy and conversation within teams. Analyze a wide range of performance metrics and KPI’s to identify personalized solutions on a client level and make sure client goals are reached. Prioritize book of business to focus on most impactful opportunities. Negotiate additional budgets along with upselling full funnel solutions. Create personalized decks and presentations to drive quarterly meetings an yearly clients’ strategies. Data-driven internal reporting. Who You Are: 2+ years of experience in the regional digital media landscape either in an agency or ad-tech company Fluent level of English and Spanish required; Portuguese is a plus. Understanding of how agencies work, both HoldCos and Indies in the IBERIA region, and ability to build strong, long-term relationships with them. Experience with VAST/VPAID/HTML5 ad formats. Motivated self-starter, with solid customer service experience and a consultative approach. Great communicator with analytical and strategic mindset. Strong commercial mindset, sales and negotiation skills, upselling and client growth focus. Ability to troubleshoot and drive resolution from ad calls and responses. Strong technical writing skills and ability to convey technical concepts in a way that is easy for clients and non-technical partners to understand. Works well in a close-knit team, instinctively shares product insights and documents new information
