Nuestro cliente, una empresa especializada en la prestación de servicios convergentes e integrales de comunicaciones y cloud para empresas, está buscando un Channel Service Manager.

La misión del puesto será el acompañamiento a los clientes de Canal, desde la toma de requisitos, apoyo a la migración y acompañamiento posterior garantizando la calidad y los primeros pasos, llegando a cualquier nivel técnico y de gestión para conseguir el fin deseado.El principal objetivo es conseguir que los partners de canal tengan una experiencia satisfactoria en el arranque y poder guiar para que puedan avanzar sin problemas.

Funciones

  • Gestión de clientes y calidad de servicio a los mismos, manteniendo una gran satisfacción de los partners.
  • Consultoría e identificación de propuestas (técnica y económica) de ampliación de servicios.
  • Acompañamiento inicial en el setup y migraciones de partners de Canal.
  • Acompañamiento tras la migración.
  • Resolución puntual de incidencias dentro de los servicios de Canal.
  • Apoyo técnico y resolución de problemas/peticiones, durante el proceso de migración al producto de canal.
  • Identificación de mejoras sobre los clientes carterizados.
  • Trabajo interno y gestión de las mejoras detectadas para aplicarlas al partner.
  • Identificación de problemas o potenciales problemas que puedan afectar a los partners.
  • Gestión de las soluciones a los problemas o potenciales problemas identificados que puedan afectar a los partners.

Requisitos

  • Ingeniería informática, telecomunicaciones o estudios de informática o telecomunicaciones.
  • 5 años de experiencia en gestión de sistemas Linux y Windows.
  • 5 años de experiencia en gestión técnica de equipos informáticos y soluciones a cliente.
  • 3 años de experiencia en gestión de clientes finales.
  • La persona debe estar abierta a viajar a nivel nacional.

Que ofrecen

  • Ubicación Madrid (Alcobendas).
  • Modalidad presencial o modalidad híbrida (lunes y viernes remoto).
  • L-J 08:30/09:00 a 18:00/18:30 y V 08:30 a 15:00.
  • Salario base + variables.
  • Bono de 50€ al mes, como Retribución en Especie, a elegir entre estas tres opciones: tarjeta restaurante, ayuda para combustible o plaza de parking.
  • Plan de Retribución Flexible (tickets restaurante, seguro médico, tarjeta para transportes públicos, tarjeta guardería).
  • Ayuda mensual de 30€ para conexión a internet, o bien instalación de FTTH.
  • Descuento del 50% en telefonía móvil, hasta 7 líneas.
