Job descriptionAs a Junior Software Engineer, you’ll work on B2B projects focused on process and form digitization, using Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) Forms, Java, and modern frontend technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript).You’ll be part of an agile, collaborative, and fully remote team where your ideas matter. In addition to hands-on development, you will be directly involved in software architecture and project coordination, collaborating closely with our international clients.Responsibilities Design, develop, and implement software solutions using Java and modern frontend technologiesApply SOLID principles to build software that is scalable, maintainable, testable, and interoperable by designCollaborate within agile, cross-functional teams using modern CI/CD practices to enable fast feedback loops, safe experimentation, and continuous improvementWork independently while actively contributing ideas, technical solutions, and best practicesEngage in continuous learning and professional growth, keeping up to date with modern tools, technologies, and software design practices Requirements Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field — or equivalent professional experienceProfessional experience in object-oriented programming with Java (minimum 2 years)2+ years of experience with web technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript)Experience with Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) Forms and Sites is a plus; training and onboarding will be provided to help you grow in this area.Strong sense of ownership, responsibility, and teamwork, with experience working in agile environmentsExcellent English communication skills (written and spoken) Want to know more about us?Webtiser is a Company of Switzerland’s leading Telcom & IT company Swisscom that serves many industries.
