Treasury Projects Analyst Ebury is a global fintech firm dedicated to empowering businesses to expand internationally. The role is based in our Malaga office, operating on a hybrid schedule (4 days in the office, 1 day remote). Role Overview Reporting to the Group Head of Treasury Projects and Systems, this position is a key part of the Treasury Projects team, ensuring projects are delivered successfully and promptly. Responsibilities Project leadership: Support and lead end‑to‑end treasury projects, focusing on implementation, enhancement or integration across company systems. Process optimisation: Analyse existing treasury workflows and proactively recommend solutions that drive efficiency, improve controls and enhance financial reporting. Stakeholder collaboration: Collaborate extensively with internal teams such as Product and Treasury Verticals, and manage interactions with key external partners (banks, TMS vendors). Project delivery: Identify business impacts, prioritise projects, allocate visibility and resources to ensure successful completion. About You Minimum of 2 years in a similar analyst role. Experience within banking or fintech preferred. Background in finance or a related field strongly preferred. Analytical skills: Diligent, detail‑oriented, with a strong analytical mindset. Technical skills: Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint). Soft skills: Clear communication, ability to build cross‑functional relationships, proactive, able to work within strict timeframes and deliver results under pressure, strong organisational skills.
