GESTOR NETWORK SECURITYCountry: MexicoResponsabilidades y Funciones: Definir, implementar, operar y evolucionar sistemas de defensa para proteger, detectar y responder a ataques de seguridad en la red (incluyendo firewalls, sistemas de monitoreo, herramientas de análisis, etc.). Apoyar y habilitar la adopción de defensas globales en sistemas y servicios de la entidad. Segregar la red para asegurar que los elementos con diferentes requisitos de seguridad estén en zonas separadas, aplicando políticas de seguridad diferenciadas. Monitorear y analizar el tráfico de red para detectar anomalías e intentos de intrusión. Implementar arquitecturas resilientes para resistir ataques de denegación de servicio (DDoS). Cumplir y hacer cumplir los estándares y procedimientos definidos por el CISO Global. Aprobar, validar y controlar cambios en la arquitectura de segmentación de red y rutas de tráfico aprobadas. Mantener inventarios actualizados de zonas de red, conexiones externas y mapas de red. Asegurar que todas las tareas administrativas y de soporte TI se realicen a través de redes seguras y gateways dedicados. Conocimientos generales de herramientas de seguridad (Antimalware, DLP, etc.) Conocimientos generales de seguridad Identity ( LDAP, Dominio, Crypto) Competencias: Conocimiento avanzado en segmentación de redes, firewalls, IPS, DNS, NTP y mecanismos de protección de red. Gestion de personas Gestion de proyectos Habilidad para comunicar y coordinarse con equipos multidisciplinarios (TI, cumplimiento, auditoría, legal, etc.). Capacidad de análisis y monitoreo de tráfico de red para detección de amenazas. Habilidad para implementar y mantener políticas de seguridad y cumplimiento normativo. Liderazgo y gestión de proyectos de seguridad. Gestión de incidentes y respuesta ante ataques cibernéticos. Orientación a resultados y cumplimiento de objetivos regulatorios y de negocio. Comunicación efectiva para coordinar con equipos globales y locales. Orientación a resultados y mejora continua en la protección de la infraestructura de red.
