Foreman, METAL CONSTRUCTION PAINTING-SANDBLASTING PROJECTS Working in Europe’s largest shipyards, where we are responsible for long-term Offshore and other responsible metal fabrication projects – marine structures for renewable and conventional oil and gas energy. We focus on leadership development and improvement, so if you’re ready, open to innovation, proactive and motivated to be a leader today, join us IN THIS ROLE, YOU WILL: Organize and supervise painting-sandblasting processes Lead a team of painters and sandblasters Problem-solving Communicate with client representatives Prepare reports and other documents WHY RNDV? WHAT YOU WILL BRING: Have similar work experience Have a lot of experience in metal construction painting and sandblasting Ability to measure wet and dry paint thickness Ability to identify causes of painting defects Knowledge of blasting classes Proficiency in English and Russian (Spanish language is desirable) Certificates – FROSIO LEVEL 3, CQPA Level III, NS 476 Level III, NACE Level III or equivalent (desirable) By submitting your CV, you agree that the personal data you provide will be stored in the internal data system of the RNDV Group of Companies throughout the selection period.
