The Project
As a Photographer, you will collaborate with the studio sets and work closely with the Photography Manager to create high-quality fashion and product images for the Hackett and Façonnable brands. This position is responsible for providing a creative wide range of images for ecommerce, social media projects, and campaigns within a global scope.

1. Keep up to date on trends and analyze what the competition's brands do.
2. Lead on-set studio operations, collaborating with stylists, assistants, and retouching partners to create compelling eCommerce imagery.
3. Set up lighting and composition, ensuring products are represented accurately and in line with brand guidelines.
4. Establish a comprehensive photography workflow.
5. Images color setup and postproduction.
6. Maintain exposure and color accuracy standards while producing a high volume of images.
7. Mark-up imagery with clear and informative direction for retouching.
8. Work closely with the retouch team to communicate the photo requirements (colour issues, specific image details, and deadlines).

1. Between 1 and 2 years of relevant experience in fashion and product photography, ideally in ecommerce.
2. A portfolio that demonstrates broad knowledge of lighting and digital photography techniques.
3. English C1; other European languages such as Spanish, German, or French are a plus.
4. Experience with Photoshop is required; familiarity with Adobe Lightroom, Bridge, Illustrator, and InDesign is preferred.
5. Experience with CaptureOne.

2. Passion for fashion and product photography.
3. Competence in generating creative moodboards and researching image references.
4. Good eye on the latest trends in fashion and fashion photography.
5. Highly organized and detail-oriented.
6. Ability to work independently, as well as in a team situation and with clients, working under pressure, and juggling multiple and complex projects.
7. Strong knowledge of photo production, retouching, and workflows.
8. Thrive in a fast-paced environment.
9. Photo Shoot Producing experience.
10. Detail-oriented, organized, adept at prioritizing tasks, and able to delegate appropriately.
11. Advanced retouching skills.
12. Must be able to work efficiently, maintain calm, and project an upbeat attitude under pressure.
13. Must be well organized and able to prioritize while juggling multiple concurrent projects with competing deadlines.
14. Must be able to communicate clearly and succinctly with internal and external partners.
