Technical Product Director

We need a senior leader who oversees the development and strategy of products with a strong technical focus. To bridge the gap between business goals and technical implementation, ensuring products are technically sound and meet market needs.What you will do at ODILODefine product vision and mission aligned with business objectives.Elaborate product strategy, prioritizing new features and enhancements based on impact and viability.Define and execute transformative Product strategies.Analyze the market, competition and technology trends.Build and lead high-performing Technology Product organization that deliver significant business impact.Coordinate the Discovery process in the company to identify needs and opportunitiesEnsure delivery of incremental releases.Supervise the Product Managers and Technical Support teams in ODILO products corrective maintenance.The ideal candidate will bringDesirable: Masters degree in IT or MBA.Minimum of 5 years of experience in technology product managementExperience launching products from scratch or scaling existing products, and knowledge of startup methodologiesLeadership skills, with at least 5 years of experience leading teams (Product Managers, Designers, Researchers, etc.)Must have a strategic vision, understand the business and technology, be a bridge between users, business and development, and lead the team with clear objectives.Why ODILO?Working at Odilo is about being part of a lifelong learning culture, where everyone has the possibility to take on challenges and participate in the growth of the company.Sounds like a mission made for you?
