What You'll Do: Drive technical vision and strategy for Python‑based integration with Apache ecosystem projects (Spark, Kafka). Establish best practices and performance standards for AI/ML and big data applications across teams. Mentor and empower Staff and Senior Engineers, fostering technical growth and knowledge sharing. Influence cross‑functional engineering decisions, aligning technical initiatives with business objectives. Lead innovation initiatives and guide the evolution of open source frameworks within the Apache ecosystem.
