Senior Business Analyst, Payroll TransformationThe Senior Business Analyst, Payroll Transformation, will assist in the execution of the global strategy for payroll processing from input validation to employee/tax disbursement based on the guidance from their manager. The role will work closely with their HR business colleagues to drive design discussions and support implementation. The role will partner with the local teams to execute the payroll strategy with primary focus being on requirements gathering, testing, communication, and change management.ResponsibilitiesExecute and support the design of payroll governance, process and system strategy with the alignment to standardizing, streamlining and automating processes and standards to drive business efficienciesCapture, document and migrate local knowledge, policies and processes into HR Shared Services organizationCollaborate with system vendors, local country teams, and payroll shared service operation to implement payroll solution, which will align with global design while meeting localized business requirements and operational needsBe foremost expert on the payroll system’s functionality to be able to address any business requests for enhancements or changes to meet a continual changing environmentCollaborate with IT to translate business requirements into technical solutions/plans and prioritize future enhancementsPartner across the organization on deployment, and maintenance of the selected payroll solutions throughout the company’s global footprintPrepare and execute design sessions to optimize the process and system configuration to streamline the end-user experienceGather, propose and support new requests and/or system enhancements to drive continuous improvementDesign, maintain and report on SLAs and performance KPI dashboardDevelop and Maintain site sharing training, job aids, system updates, policies, etc.Communicate updates, systems and business changes to stakeholders as neededRepresent Payroll in Shared Services initiativesSupport Operational teams in validation of impact of policy changes on operational proceduresCollaborate with teams on developing, implementing and reviewing surveys and audit controlsOther tasks as assigned by the managerRequirementsBachelor’s degree or equivalent business experience preferred6+ years’ experience with payroll processes and/or transformationExperience with executing system implementations and projectsPossesses strong analytical skills to critically evaluate informationMust be a team player but also able to work independently.Ability to build and maintain strong relationships across functions to drive teams towards success-based resultsMust be focused, goal driven, accountable, and exhibit significant attention to detailPayroll knowledge in multiple countriesProject management or transformation expertiseMicrosoft toolsMultiple payroll vendor systemsHCM systems, preferably WorkdayPreferably ticketing systems, such as ServiceNowFluent EnglishPreferred additional European languageFlexibility in working hours to cover global timezonesWillingness to travel for on-site workshops#J-18808-Ljbffr
