You will work closely with project managers, developers, infrastructure teams, and client architects to ensure solutions exceed business and technical expectations.Define end-to-end solution architecture and coordinate with client architectsTranslate requirements into technical specifications and effort estimationsLead distributed development teams with code reviews, mentoring, and guidanceAlign architecture with infrastructure and platform constraintsDrive quality, security, performance, and scalability with QA and DevOps teamsOversee release management and critical deploymentsDevelop key system components where neededEnsure a stable, high-quality development environment (IDE, Maven, CI/CD, Docker, SonarQube)What You BringStrong, hands-on background with Adobe Experience Manager (AEM)Proven track record in solution architecture and technical leadershipExcellent communication skills with both technical and business stakeholdersDeep proficiency in Java, especially for web applicationsExtensive involvement in Java-based web projectsSolid understanding of design patterns and clean code principlesSkilled in building RESTful APIs and servicesFront-end proficiency: HTML, CSS, JavaScript (Vue or React)Familiarity with testing at all levels: unit, integration, functional, performanceWell-versed in Maven, Git, and JIRAFluent in English and SpanishProactive, collaborative mindset and passion for continuous improvementNice to HaveKnowledge of Test-Driven Development (TDD)Familiarity with JCR (Jackrabbit / CRX)Understanding of OSGi and Declarative ServicesComfort working with professional IDEs (e.g., Eclipse)Strong capability in extending platforms through APIsWhat do we offer YOU?Permanent contract30 working days of vacationFlexible working hoursRecognition bonus systemPrivate health insuranceApple work equipmentWFH equipment + welcome packageWFH monthly expenses compensationAccess to Udemy coursesAdobe certificationSponsored gym membershipTax-free benefits (ticket restaurant, kindergarten and transport)A dynamic and international teamEveryone has a voice; We firmly believe that a diverse and equitable workforce is the catalyst for groundbreaking innovation, boundless creativity, and seamless collaboration.
