Your mission will be to lead the design department (Systems, Level, UI/UX) and cooperate with your closes product/engineering / art/production peers to define long‐term game goals, draft a strategy and follow‐up the execution What we're looking for Strong team fit: results‐oriented, pragmatic, analytical, humble, ambitious and people‐centric Product Strategy: Cooperate to define the game's vision, strategy and roadmap Game Execution: raise standards leading by example Management: Unify and lead the design department (UI/UX, Level Design, Game Design). Setup clear goals & KPIs, followup results and remove roadblocks. Desired Skills and Experience +7 years of experience in Product / Design positions. Proven track record of managing a design or product team that delivered business results in a sustained way. Strong analytical mindset. Ability to decompose significant problems into smaller pieces, devise opportunities, risks, and identify growth levers. Results‐oriented and pragmatic execution.
