About the RoleA Creative Solutions Project Manager will lead cross‑functional teams to create and execute innovative brand partnership campaigns. You will be the heartbeat of projects— ensuring they launch on time, on budget, and exceed expectations.Campaign DeliveryDrive end‑to‑end delivery of brand partnership projects in Portugal, coordinating media and event‑led campaigns.Coordinate with internal teams (sales, creative strategy, marketing, design, landings, Fever Originals) to keep delivery on schedule and scope.Client ServicesLead day‑to‑day client communication and deliver outstanding service, while identifying upsell opportunities.Creative StrategyCollaborate with sales and creative strategists to develop innovative campaign ideas and proposals.Produce engaging proposal slides and media plans that translate concepts into deliverables aligned with client objectives.Source and scout potential suppliers for campaign needs.ProductionLead branded shoots both locally and nationally.Feature in video content as on‑screen talent when required.Reporting & AnalysisConduct regular, thorough reporting and analysis, translating data into insightful stories.Identify and implement solutions to improve campaign results.Market KnowledgeMaintain up‑to‑date knowledge of the media and events markets.Build competitor reviews and develop tools to ensure our relevance.Team CollaborationParticipate actively in team meetings and brainstorm sessions.Provide guidance and support to junior team members.About You3‑5+ years in a relevant role; preferably media owners, creative/digital/events agencies and Project/
