Ensure test readiness across the board: from infrastructure to test data, you're in control of everything needed for smooth test execution. Take the lead on test automation, progressively expanding coverage for both frontend and backend. Provide regular test progress updates to stakeholders and take ownership of the final test sign‑off before go‑live. Actively support the team and wider organization with Continuous Testing and Continuous Delivery practices. Required Skills Minimum 2 years of experience in software testing and quality assurance. Solid understanding of software development methodologies and the full development life cycle. Hands‑on experience with test automation tools and frameworks. Experience in building or maintaining automated testing frameworks like Selenium, Serenity, Karate or Cypress. Good knowledge of Java / Kotlin , Serenity and working with REST APIs. Preferred Skills Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field. ISTQB Certification is a strong plus. Familiarity with testing tools and automation frameworks. Fluency in English (minimum B2 level or equivalent). Strong understanding of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC). Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. A true team player — comfortable collaborating with geographically distributed teams. Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities, especially in technical contexts. Highly organized with effective time management and task prioritization skills. Able to identify issues early and propose mitigation or contingency strategies. Proactive, self‑motivated, and eager to learn and grow. Demonstrates learning agility — continually develops skills and addresses areas for growth.
