Senior Business Analyst (+6 years of experience)

  1. Economics, Business Adm. or related financial knowledge
  2. Experience with Financial statements, CIB Business and accounting. Main KPIs and performance metrics
  3. Understanding the requirements of the project from the Product Owner perspective and designing suitable solutions
  4. Experience leading both functional and technical teams
  5. Drafting detailed functional documentation about processes to be used as a guide by the Technical Team to develop the requirements
  6. Validate results deployed in Production Environment to make sure that the developments meet the Product Owner needs
  7. Able to work under pressure and with tight deadlines
  8. Prioritizing initiatives based on business needs and requirements
  9. Agile methodology
  10. Participating in ongoing Agile Ceremonies (Sprint planning, Daily Scrums, Sprint Reviews, Sprint Retrospective)
  11. Taking responsibility for the weekly meetings with senior management to present latest updates, blockers, and future steps of the project
  12. Deliver results on time
  13. Escalating problems, stoppers, or dependencies at the right moment
Mandatory Candidate Requirements
  1. Previous experience in business analysis and leading projects
  2. English proficiency: daily communication with different geographies: London, Asia, US, among others
  3. High level Microsoft Office skills: Excel, Power Point, Word
  4. Advanced data analytics skills
Desirable skills (not mandatory)
  1. Experience in programming languages (preferable Python)
  2. Experience in writing SQL queries
