With our insights, we make healthcare more affordable, better, and we improve the patient's and clinicians' experience.As a Senior Project Manager, your role focuses on providing insights to the use of medicines in the real world to support data‑driven decision making and optimize healthcare. You do this by leading various analyses and projects and sharing the outcomes in bespoke reports.Your Responsibilities IncludeProject Management: Planning and executing study protocols co‑developed by pharmaceutical companies, setting up analyses, and managing projects. This involves proactively monitoring progress, addressing dependencies and risks, resolving issues, and implementing corrective actions to ensure successful project outcomes.Stakeholder Communication: Maintaining effective communication with internal stakeholders, with the pharmaceutical companies, hospitals and managing third‑party contributions.Healthcare Content Analysis: Monitoring drug uptake, analyzing standards of care and patient pathways, assessing therapy impacts, studying outcomes and costs for pharmaceutical companies and hospitals, providing these insights in reports and dashboards.Governance and Quality Assurance: Defining project governance, ensuring high‑quality delivery of analytics, products or services on time and within budget as per the project plan.Mentorship: Coaching and mentoring junior colleagues while actively participating in a portfolio of international projects.As part of the Real World Data team, with a focus on Life Science projects, you will deliver products, analytics, reports, and impact programs to multiple clients, including hospitals, healthcare insurers, and pharmaceutical companies.Your Mission InvolvesWhich patient populations are eligible for the new drugs?How do these influence financial budgets?How are drugs used in the real world?What is the uptake of newly introduced medicines?What are the real‑world clinical and patient outcomes?How do they compare,size to the trial results?Your ProfileMSc degree with a biomedical/quantitative/technical background.9+ years of relevant work experience (strategy consultancy, project management, market access, medical affairs and analytics), preferably with a link to pharma.Experience in a client‑facing role.Result‑driven, with a structured way of working and a pragmatic mentality.Excellent mentoring and coaching skills.Fluent in Spanish and English.Why LOGEX?Healthcare today is more tailored and more effective than ever before.
