Overview E-commerce Specialist with French (All Genders) – zooplus, Madrid, SpainResponsibilities Manage and maintain product listings for the French and Belgian shops using the Content Management System, ensuring accuracy, completeness, and proper localizationExecute onsite and in-app promotional campaigns by publishing banners, visuals, landing pages, and campaign content via the CMSEnsure all product and promotional content goes live on time, displays correctly, and meets quality and brand standardsTranslate and adapt product descriptions, promotional texts, and campaign messaging into FrenchMonitor the webshop daily to identify and resolve content issues, inconsistencies, or missing informationManage day-to-day webshop content and structure, contributing to a consistent, user-friendly shopping experienceCollaborate with international teams to ensure French and Belgian shops meet customer and commercial expectationsQualifications Fluent French (C2) and communicative EnglishProven experience working in an e-commerce environment, supporting product listings, promotions, or webshop operationsHands-on experience with a Content Management System (mandatory)Experience working with Jira or similar ticketing/project management toolsStrong attention to detail and a high standard for content accuracy and qualityWell-organized, reliable, and comfortable working with deadlines and multiple prioritiesA practical, execution-focused mindset with an interest in delivering a strong online shopping experienceAdditional Information & Benefits Hybrid working model (approx. 60% office / 40% home)Option to work for 20 days abroad in approved countriesDevelopment opportunities, training and wellbeing supportSubsidised transport or bike leasing20% discount across all Zooplus productsEqual opportunity and commitment to diversity and inclusionOther benefits: 28 annual vacation days; private medical health insuranceFind out more about benefits at your local office in our blog posts.#J-18808-Ljbffr
