The Role In order to support the expansion of our operations, we are seeking an HR Specialist. This person will work hand in hand with the HR Director in the deployment of the HR strategies, and be responsible for the full payroll cycle in Spain. Responsibilities Calculate and review payroll, handle all activities with Social Security and prepare and submit tax forms related to payroll (e.g., income tax returns). Interpret and apply collective bargaining agreements, supporting the resolution of labor queries and preparing documentation for inspections, audits and grants. Support in the end to end recruitment and training processes. Coordinate occupational risk prevention activities with external providers. Minimum qualifications Degree in Labor Relations, Business Administration, or similar. Minimum 3 years of experience in payroll and labor administration. Knowledge of labor law, Social Security, and tax regulations. Proficiency in English Proficiency in office tools and HR software. Preferred qualifications Experience in managing subsidies in the context of Special Employment Centers.
