It’s a core part of the team and a long‑term, stable partnership with no project gaps. You’ll enjoy a competitive rate of €45–€70+ per hour for a fully remote, B2B contract with consistent 8‑hour workdays. Responsibilities In this pivotal role, you will engage directly with clients to understand their needs, design innovative solutions, and lead the technical implementation. This senior technologist position requires you to architect and design, lead a small team of 2–3 engineers across several initiatives, and occasionally build smaller MVPs or POCs yourself. Your work spans Computer Vision (CV), Natural Language Processing (NLP), Large Language Models (LLMs), Recommendation Systems, and conversational AI. While broad exposure is beneficial, deep expertise in at least one of these domains is required. The diverse project landscape is green‑field, giving you the unique opportunity to apply novel AI tools and creative solutions to a wide range of business challenges. Other responsibilities include: Take end‑to‑end ownership of AI/ML solutions, from concept to deployment, acting as the key technical decision‑maker. Lead, mentor, and provide technical guidance to a team of 2–3 AI and cloud engineers, fostering rapid, high‑quality prototyping. Serve as a trusted technical advisor to clients and internal stakeholders, translating complex business challenges into viable technology solutions. Architect and build scalable, production‑grade services that implement cutting‑edge AI/ML functionalities. Develop solutions for challenging CV and NLP use cases, including large‑scale LLMs and advanced prompt engineering. Design and implement intricate data transformation services for applications such as automatic translation, transcription, Text2SQL, and intent/gesture recognition. Leverage the AWS cloud platform to implement robust AI/ML solutions using managed services, serverless compute, and intelligent document processing. Architect and maintain resilient ETL data pipelines to process data from disparate sources. Define infrastructure as code (IaC) and design, build, and maintain CI/CD pipelines for seamless integration and deployment. Continuously explore innovations in cloud and AI technology to drive technical excellence and pursue advanced certifications. Key Focus Areas Leadership & Strategy – End‑to‑end ownership and technical decision‑making. Solution Architecture & Development – Build scalable services and advanced AI solutions.
