Build the life you want, while making your mark on the future of PokerStars SEU. Role Overview We are looking for a Digital Media Manager to join our Marketing team in Ceuta. The Manager will support the development of the digital media strategy across Display, Paid Social, VOD and Programmatic. Reporting to the Senior Digital Media Manager, you will coordinate with wider paid media teams and agencies to deliver an online media plan for SEU. Working together, you will help determine the right channel and spend mix to meet our goals and drive efficiencies. You will assist in creating the digital marketing strategy and roadmap based on agreed objectives and provide complete plans to help achieve our targets. You will also identify new opportunities across these channels and develop test plans to optimise our digital media activity. In this position, you will collaborate with our Engagement teams to coordinate paid social media strategy development alongside organic social media strategy development. You will set clear objectives for each and seek alignment where needed. Each day, you will ensure plans are developed, trafficked and executed. You will collaborate with Marketing Insight and the Senior Digital Marketing Manager to report on channel performance. You will drive the optimisation of channel plans and performance activities based on clear objectives and benchmarks. You will support relationships with key social and display platform partners and will build close relationships with creative teams and supporting agencies to ensure the most innovative, effective and efficient execution of digital media plans and projects. What you’ll do: Own the delivery of the digital media strategy and roadmaps for SEU Support the Senior Digital Media Manager in building a digital media roadmap and plan Deliver complete digital media plans across digital brand channels and align plans with brand media managers, performance media managers and engagement teams Work closely with the wider marketing team, including media partners, agencies and our internal creative team Feed into campaign and proposition plans, providing planning teams with your channel expertise and input Ensure aligned execution across all digital media channels Ensure plans are completed in line with given guardrails and that targets are met, with support from the Marketing Insight team Work with external agencies to optimise media plans and efficiency Work with Marketing Insight to review and optimise onboarding journeys and provide recommendations to improve the user experience Work with the Marketing Insight team to produce efficient, data-driven reports and establish measurement frameworks aligned with our objectives What you’ll bring: Degree or equivalent experience in marketing, advertising or a related field (preferred) Several years of proven experience in marketing, ideally within the online gambling industry Daring, proactive and able to work independently Ability to proactively identify new media, marketing and business opportunities Experience in designing, monitoring and reporting on social test plans High proficiency in performance tracking and reporting, including competitor analysis Highly organised, structured and accurate, with the ability to follow guidance in detail Strong understanding of brand advertising and a drive to succeed in a goal-oriented environment A strong team player with the ability to foster positive working relationships Knowledge of or interest in online poker, casino and sportsbook (beneficial) What you’ll get: Our excellent benefits package includes: Discretionary annual performance bonus 30 days paid leave Health and dental insurance for you, your partner and your children (if you all live at the same address) Personal life insurance and income protection The option to join our company pension scheme A personal interest allowance to let you learn something new or pursue a hobby External learning support of up to £2,000 or equivalent in local currency, dedicated 4 learning “Power Hours” every month during office time, full access to the Udemy and Mindtools platforms, in-house leadership program and many other training opportunities for developing your skills and progressing your career Looking to extend your family?
