The external flows analyst is responsible for:
Internal Flows:

Contribute to the design, implementation, and improvement of receiving, flat storage, line feeding, picking, warehouse, and shipping activities.
Packaging and labeling.
Shop floor scheduling and visual re-order.

External Flows:

Contribute to the design, implementation, and improvement of transportation, warehousing, and external logistic service activities.
Customs and duties process.
Upstream and downstream transportation timetables.
Contribute to the transportation and external logistic service activities budget and cost reduction plan and follow-up.
Troubleshoot problems and implement counter-measures and solutions to maintain the continuity of the production flows.
