The group unites global and international brands that stand for excellence, innovation, and quality, including Straumann, Neodent, Anthogyr, Medentika, ClearCorrect, Dental Wings and other fully- or partly owned companies and partners.Job PurposeWe are looking for you as our new Junior Export Coordinator.The position will be based in Madrid, Spain, and you report to the Team leader Distribution Digital International.The Junior Export Coordinator focuses on global Distribution and Order Processing for a dedicated portfolio of Straumann Group’s oral care products and services. As part of the Distribution International team, the Junior Export Coordinator is responsible and accountable for delivering competitive service levels, while meeting delivery performance targets, through agile and pragmatic prioritization depending on business needs and impact, through smart, exception-based shipping management, through a meticulous execution of standardized tasks, and use of available tools in compliance to a regulated (FDA, TÜV, DEKRA, ESG, Known Consignor etc.) fast changing environment.Your roleExecute Customer Orders in SAPPrepare Delivery Notes and Shipments for Pick & Pack in our WarehouseCreate all relevant Export Documentation (Customs-Invoices and Packing-Lists, Transport-Orders, Certificate of Origins, etc.)Send Dispatch-Advises to our global Distributors and SubsidiariesLicense managementEnthusiasm for digital transformation and toolsIdentify and implement opportunities for process improvements, process automation, lean process management, and customer satisfactionOpen for travelling to our HQ in BaselQualificationsBasic commercial training (advantageous in a freight forwarding company)Knowledge in Export/ImportKnowledge and skills in digital technologies, such as cloud computing, data analytics, artificial intelligence and automationCritical thinking, problem-solving, and analytical skillsKnowledge in SAP R/3 and Microsoft OfficeEnglish and German skills (spoken and written)Sensitive to our customers’ needs to develop trustful and sustainable relationships, both internally and externallyAs a collaborative team player, you enjoy working in a diverse team of various backgroundsYou can work under time pressure (prioritizing is key) and communicate in a clear and concise manner, both verbally and writingYou are an active and energetic person, who feels comfortable to work in a dynamic and agile environmentBeing a performance driven self-starter, you have a “can-do” attitude to develop things autonomously by using your previous experienceDisplaying personal and professional ethics to embrace Straumann’s Mission and Culture, sponsored by different initiatives to support our diversity
