Responsibilities Partner with the Marketing and Growth teams to understand business objectives. Master all aspects of our guidelines and art direction. Deliver visually engaging assets across all channels. Contribute to the growth of Brand Design at Alan by ensuring that the quality of our visual communication supports the success of our Brand. Hone your skill set in design software and techniques by staying current with industry knowledge and working with top teams (including generative‑AI initiatives). Act as a strategic advisor by understanding target audiences and market trends. Qualifications Minimum 3 years of experience, preferably in a product company. Fluency in English. Proficiency in design software such as Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, and motion design tools (After Effects, Premiere). Comfortable with generative‑AI tools. Experience creating videos for ads and social media. Deep knowledge of graphic design codes, visual styles, and online platform design (websites, social media, email marketing, display ads). Strong communication skills to articulate creative choices compellingly. Structured approach to setting goals and clarifying constraints before execution. Nice to Have Familiarity with branding, UX, and conversion‑optimization concepts. 3‑D skills or willingness to develop them. Showcase a strong portfolio of diverse design work, including marketing materials, branding projects, and digital assets. Perks & Benefits Generous equity package accompanying base salary.
