You will:
- Be responsible for delivering amazing content marketing campaigns that drive high quality leads for global clients.
- Lead, develop and grow the Content, Design and Development teams.
- Recruit high-performing top talent for your teams.
- Define and implement best processes and tools.
- Build better customer experience.
- Establish a growth plan focused on content.
- Plan and execute new growth opportunities via content in several GEO's.
- Own self revenue including pricing.
- Work closely with the product team (web).
- Manage a team of 12.
- Lead by example.
- Based in or willing to move to Barcelona. Alternatively, this job can be done from ANYWHERE in the world.
- 5+ years of experience in a similar role within different GEO's (performance/affiliate/mobile marketing).
- NO corporate mindset.
- Experience in multiple channels like paid search, display, video, blog, native, landing pages etc.
- Experience with generating outreach and direct response content.
- Experience with generating content to generate traffic and conversion (performance) for paid social, affiliate, blog, native etc.
- Experience working with product teams within the performance marketing industry.
- Proven People Manager.
- Not afraid to work in a SUPER fast growing and ever changing organisation.
- Solid track record of creating growth marketing strategies based on product & content.
- FLUENT in English.
- Above average base salary + extremely aggressive bonus structure + benefits + relocation package if based outside of BCN and much more
